1. How do I register as a creator on NMsize?

To register on NMsize as a Creator, click the "Become a Creator on NMsize" button and complete the required details. After confirming your email, you'll gain access to your Creator dashboard. You can also refer to our "Getting Started" Creator Guide in the menu.

2. What are the fees associated with selling on NMsize?

Creating a creator account on NMsize is completely free, and you can add and publish designs without any fees. We apply a 15% commission when an order is completed. There are the only fees applied (no hidden fees).

3. How to manage my activity?

You have access to your creator dashboard, which allows you to oversee and organize your activity easily.

4. Can I set my own prices?

Yes, you have full control over pricing for your items. You can also customize options like shipping fees and additional services.

5. How should I handle shipping?

You can set your shipping policy, specify where you ship from, and list destinations you ship to. NMsize also lets you configure shipping fees based on location.

6. How does NMsize help in marketing?

NMsize promotes your items through our platform's marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email newsletters, and featured listings, helping you reach more potential clients.

7. How do I receive payments for the services I provide?

Set up the Payments section in your creator account to start receiving payments. Funds are automatically transferred to your bank account or debit card 48 hours after the customer receives the order.

Once you mark the order as delivered, the customer has 7 days to approve it. If no action is taken within this timeframe, the funds will be automatically released to you.
